Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using any service from SaveWeb 365, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide domain registration, web hosting (shared cPanel), SSL certificates, and related services. Features and pricing may change with 30 days' notice. We will always notify registered clients by email.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate name, email, and billing information
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials
You must not share account access with unauthorised parties
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Payment & billing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise
Invoices are due on the date shown — typically 14 days from creation
Services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid past the due date
Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date
Wallet credit never expires and carries over between billing cycles

5. Service level

We target 99.9% uptime for hosting and domain services. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. Downtime credits are available where we fail to meet our SLA — contact support within 7 days of the incident.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for any prohibited activity listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

7. Termination

You may cancel any service at any time from your client portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services purchased in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost data, revenue, or business opportunity.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Lagos State courts.
